Volunteers!

In order to provide a quality experience for our children, it is essential for the famlies of all team members to actively participate in Kiln Creek Swim Team events.  Our parents must lead by example and strive for excellence outside the pool as we host swim meets, practices, and social activities.  Our children are doing their part by striving for excellence in the pool. 

Our Parent Handbook explains our policy that all families must perform Volunteer Duties at three meets and must also  help set up or clean up at three meets. Duties for all volunteer positions are described in the Volunteer Duties Booklet.

Parents are offered the opportunity to volunteer on a first-come, first- served basis.  If a conflict arises after you have signed up for a job, you are required to find a replacement, and let the Meet Coordinators know.
